Animal rescure center in Costa Rica, Tapirs - Costa Rica Zoo. The Jardín Zoo in Costa Rica is a privately funded Rescue Center where animals from all corners of the country are brought in primarily by the officials of MINAE that are the victims of repossession, loss of habitat, and accidents. Many are released back into their habitat after healing.
